eSIM Compatibility

eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone, so there’s no physical SIM card to insert. Before buying, please make sure your device is eSIM compatible and carrier unlocked. A quick way to check is to dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.

Important

  • eSIMs are non-refundable once purchased.
  • It is your responsibility to check that your phone is compatible and unlocked before ordering.
  • Some models may only support eSIM in certain countries or regions.

How to check

  1. Dial *#06# on your phone.
  2. Look for an EID number on the screen.
  3. If you see an EID, your phone supports eSIM.
  4. If your phone is locked to a network, you’ll need to unlock it before using an eSIM.
